Anybody have a good reddit engagement strategy for their brand they'd be open to discussing?
I think @Steven Puri has tried this a bit
I'm not sure if my strategy works for you, but I've been getting most of my users through Reddit -- some of my posts got 500k+ views
I'll DM you
@Nao Yukawa - I'd love to hear your thoughts if you're open to sharing! BVA is right that I was listening to someone last year but I think his strategies were more effective in "old Reddit" before the Huffman IPO re-working.
Yeah let me DM you!
@Nao Yukawa and @Steven Puri group chat?
we've been doing some social listening but unsure how best to interact with reddit once we know people are using our keywords....i.e. someone talks about their recurrent yeast infection...do we respond as a brand? an individual? what's been working...
I'm down to learn, help, whatever is necessary. Just LMK.
Yeah I'm down!
Btw I wrote a blog about getting users on Reddit and recently started helping Japanese companies promote their products there (tho I've already stopped consulting since I'm focused on my startup now), so hopefully I can bring something useful to the table:
nice!! LOVE to see a group chat.....and pls don't be afraid to share outside of DM :)
Check out some of this material on organic reddit:
Oh wow this is great!
