I/we think LMNT is too much for her needs. I use it so we have plenty :)
She's looking for another option that is also low in sugar. Anyone have a fav?
She's mid-40’s and lifts or does hiit workout 3-4x a week. If that helps :)
Hey! Just got an Oura ring with my wife for X mas to try and get back into full health after baby #2 is getting older. Having trouble finding concrete use cases on how to make the most of it. Here are the ways I'm using it now. Any other ideas on how to maximize value?
• Compare Sleep Scores with Wife (she usually wins)
• Track Zone 2 Heart Rate for Workouts
• Run when picking up kids to get extra workout credit 😂

Just joined. Jan is a great month to talk about our time off and the new year. Happy to meet up IRL in Chicago. I love the period from holidays into new year and I find the creative energy is really high coming off this period as we're well rested.
