Hey WGMers - I would really appreciate your support on this one...!
As many of you know, I'm very passionate about/involved in the NA Adult Beverage space. I just announced that my firm is launching a new insurance product that will provide liquor liability AND hemp-derived THC consumption liability on the same form designed for bars and restaurants.
This is the first policy of its kind and could really change the game vis a vis what consumption looks like!

In addition to essential feminine hygiene products, our packages include shampoo/conditioner, bar soap, body wash, loofahs, face masks, nail polish, emery boards, skin care, make-up, and other self-care items. We are hoping to increase our impact this year and meet our goal of 250 packages.

I put together a pretty massive playlist featuring dozens of albums that I found featured across a number of Best of Year lists from various publications/critics I follow/trust. Some personal favorites are here (Geese, Perfume Genius, Clipse, Blood Orange, Jeff Tweedy) along with many that I’ll be digging into for the first time - looking forward to discovering some new tunes and thought I’d share in case there are any others who need soundtracks to function! This is as eclectic of a mix as I’ve ever assembled and firmly believe there is something for everyone!

Tonight’s family game night will be tough to beat!
No small feat to have both our 14 year old and our 11 year old forgo a night with their friends - on Halloween weekend no less - to join their little brother and my wife and me for Game 7 - we had* front row seats (on our couch at home!) for all the action.

Parenting hack / Humblebrag:
Take the opportunity to get your steps in when you can particularly when you can stack them while at kids’ sporting event.
Just broke off a 10 K + walk during my 14 year old’s travel soccer game.
Bonus pro tip: Try to time your laps such that you’re near the goal when the ball is in the box for optimal viewing.

With 3 kids in 3 different schools (lower, middle and high) morning departure window is LOOONG.
My youngest, the third grader, is definitely struggling without a buddy (he’s never had this experience) but it’s been nice having one one one time with him at this early hour.
With the weather being so nice, (we, too, try to limit screens, particularly in the mornings), I encouraged him to go play outside but then realized that would be petty lonely, so I followed him and challenged him to H-O-R-S-E 🏀 (and then P-I-G because were short on time 😝 )
Reader, he kicked my butt.
Other than that, all is great on this front. So happy school is back in session!!
