A little bit of both. I write a long-from piece every 2-3 weeks and then it needs to be broken up for daily on substack and weekly on LinkedIn. If they can manage canva and AI well, should be easy.

It was nice learning about your work in retention. I was CMO for a personal styling business for about three years, brought back some memories. I also launched the very early version of the McDonald's Rewards program. I'm by no means an expert, letd those as a generalist and hired specialists.
