@Darci only some seem to go to spam. We are going to test with a "seasoning" campaign next week. We will send out 2-3 emails to friends and ask them to do thinks like mark as not spam, reply etc to help teach email providers we are not spam. That is our hope at least. Can I include you in that?

Hi Darci, we are sending from Sendgrid. I think maybe we need to warm up our email.

Hi Dustin. We are using Sendgrid for email sending. We did not try warming up with LemWarm or any other way. Mainly because we have a very small user base of app beta testers. Do you think we should just get friends/family emails and use a warmup like LemWarm with those emails getting our email flows?

I’m a big improv comedy fan and I just learned that two great improv comedians have a new “wellness” podcast. It’s raunchy so beware but it is actually about wellness and might be a cool marketing or partnerships opportunity for the right brands.

I only take magnesium (60-90min before bed) but I also believe I sleep well because of consistent wake and sleep times (and duration), early morning exercise (60-90min) and reading for 15-20min right before bed.

I’m thinking of opening my inn during ski season on midweek like Tuesday-Thursday for co-working groups that also want to get out and ski/snowboard.
My network is filled with fun and accomplished raconteurs and mavens. So maybe I also invite on of them to stay up on those weeks to be a sort of guest speaker or mentor for the group??

For smaller companies working fully remote, how often do you do in real life team meeting days/weeks and how do you decide on where and how to host these?
I am trying to make a decision on an element of a renovation for the new inn I bought at Bellearye Mountain and am debating if having a meeting room for small offsites would be valuable for mid-week business.

I think year 1 and 2 I might run it as entire room seasonal rentals for people who want their one ski weekend place. 3 day weekends for Dec-March for one fixed price per room and you can leave your stuff.
Then I’ll get it going as an Inn and for retreats and events after this ski season.

Sorry for the cryptic nature but the deal ain’t done yet.
I was asked to help with summer activations that will drive overnight demand for a seasonal resort very close proximity outside Manhattan.
There is large green space, water views, and some limited kitchen facilities. Speed is the name of the game because they have a limited about 10-12 week season. Upscale place about $300-400 a night to stay. Geared toward couples and friend groups but accommodates kids too.
Place is sort of a bucket list, brand will be resurgent the next few years and backers are $$$$
