Anyone here in the NYC area ever gone mountain biking at Bellayre Mountain or do any sort of summer stuff in that area of the Catskills? I’ve only ever been there for skiing. Thinking of investing in a place up there.

@Lou Zameryka also been mostly skiing, and attended/ hosted retreats in the nearby Menla resort. Great area just don't know if it's much of a summer destination. Windham is my top choice overall and have friends who spend summers there at their resort condo and love it, but also much more pricey.. Hope this helps!

So I’m about to buy this place
I think year 1 and 2 I might run it as entire room seasonal rentals for people who want their one ski weekend place. 3 day weekends for Dec-March for one fixed price per room and you can leave your stuff.
Then I’ll get it going as an Inn and for retreats and events after this ski season.
