Hi WGM Fam. 👋

My wife is looking to improve her hydration game.
I/we think LMNT is too much for her needs. I use it so we have plenty :)

She's looking for another option that is also low in sugar. Anyone have a fav?
She's mid-40’s and lifts or does hiit workout 3-4x a week. If that helps :)

I’m no expert in this category but have tried Artah’s Cellular Hydration (UK brand founded by a Nutritionist) and I really like it: https://artah.co/products/cellular-hydration

Thanks @Brian Von Ancken!

We created Fire Salt to be a solid no sugar option for those looking for a different ingredient profile. Feel free to use code “WGM” for 20% off if you want to try it.

This is my daily essential for me and my family. Also has no taste are artificial flavors. Got me through the NYC marathon and half marathons before I retired from a running challenge lol 😅

I love Pique electrolytes! Mild taste so not as overpowering as LMNT https://www.piquelife.com/products/bt-fountain?variant=39579586723938
