Hi Everyone,
For smaller companies working fully remote, how often do you do in real life team meeting days/weeks and how do you decide on where and how to host these?
I am trying to make a decision on an element of a renovation for the new inn I bought at Bellearye Mountain and am debating if having a meeting room for small offsites would be valuable for mid-week business.

I think Othership is doing monthly get togethers for marketing team, right@Matt Burgess?

We do get togethers around once a month for the marketing team (~10 people). We’ll do an othership class, then work together at a co-working space in the city, which the team has memberships for. Experience so far has been very positive. Highly recommend some form of in-person every so often when a team is fully remote

I’m thinking of opening my inn during ski season on midweek like Tuesday-Thursday for co-working groups that also want to get out and ski/snowboard.
My network is filled with fun and accomplished raconteurs and mavens. So maybe I also invite on of them to stay up on those weeks to be a sort of guest speaker or mentor for the group??
