Does anyone have a good dev resource / agency offshore but that work on EST? Looking for 1-2 embedded resources
Could be based in Ukraine, SA, etc

Ours are based in Belarus and don't work EST but it’s never been an issue. Some of the most reliable, dedicated and trustworthy people I’ve ever worked with. Feel free to share more details via DM and can intro you.
