I am finalizing a GTM strategy to help health brands enter or further their presence in the golf market. Specifically, I am looking to create a program to fast-track entrance to the golf world and access to the 31k+ PGA Professionals who heavily influence consumer buying habits.
I would appreciate a sanity check on two specific mechanics:
1. Incentives: Using a "pass-through" value model instead of affiliate commissions to avoid channel conflict.
2. Valuation: Moving beyond simple logo placement and getting access to PGA infrastructure (studios/production), giving hard assets and agency-level output instead of just media impressions or relying on sales alone
