I hope you’re doing well! I’m reaching out to see if anyone in the community has experience with scaling DTC out of plateaus. My company, Momotaro Apotheca, addresses a significant need for antibiotic and antifungal alternatives through our science-backed, plant-based femcare products. Since our beta launch, we’ve generated $2 million and have a solid 60% repeat customer rate. Now, we’re eager to take steps to scale further.

As the saying goes, “What got you here won’t get you there.” We’re looking to level up from our cash-flow-positive stage and are exploring ways to scale our operations, including fundraising. I would greatly appreciate any guidance from those in this network who have navigated this process.
