Thanks so much, Brian! One of the biggest learnings so far has been patience.

We published ~30 weekly newsletters before we invested in scaling it through paid channels (currently running Meta ads). This helped us to refine the newsletter so we knew we had a good product before scaling. It also helped us to figure out who it is and isn't for and what content resonates.

Initially my plan was to try to scale from day one. But it wasn't ready.
