I’m in Asia and my father in West coast ireland - we are emotionally close but physically apart, which makes me sad often!

i do want to be closer and share more activities together soon as posisbnle (he’s 77 this year!)

BTW - what is your workout routine and schedule look like and diet?

you’re lookingh strong there and I know that is built on discipline, consistency and saying “fuck you” to the voice in the head that says ‘don’t do gym’ 😉 haha
