I’m currently leading the Marketing team at and we are looking to hire a part time email marketer (15-20 hours a week, option for more pending fit) to audit our existing flows and develop and execute upon new ones. See more about what we are looking for below, but I’d appreciate any leads or recs of people that you’ve worked with! Thank you!
Email Strategy & Execution
• Audit existing email flows and campaigns to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and execute new automated email flows for customer acquisition, retention, cross-selling, win-back campaigns, and the Lineage subscription program.
• Create customer segments based on purchase behavior, engagement, and other key data points to personalize email content.
• A/B test subject lines, creative, and CTAs to optimize performance.
• Ensure all emails align with brand voice and brand look and feel.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
• Track and analyze key email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, revenue per email, etc.).
• Monitor deliverability and list health, implementing best practices for inbox placement and engagement.
• Report on performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Content Creation & Copywriting
• Write 1-2 emails a week for various segments
• Work closely with Marketing and design team to develop visually compelling email assets.
