Hiring: Senior Manager of Retention
Given all of the great retention chat today, wanted to share we're hiring a Senior Manager of Retention at Lineage Provisions 👇
About us/the role:
• Lineage Provisions: We're a fast-growing, mission-driven real food brand founded by Paul Saladino, MD and Anthony Gustin, DC - building nutrient-dense, regeneratively sourced products to challenge Big Food and support human and planetary health. We're a tight knit team of 10 full-time right now, fully remote.
• The Role: Own and scale the full customer lifecycle across email, SMS, subscriptions, and post-purchase, turning first-time buyers into long-term advocates. The role will work closely with me (Director of Marketing) and our Director of Growth!
• The Impact: Lead retention at a sub-two-year brand with exceptional traction ($20M+ from email/SMS, ~$1M in subscription MRR) to help us grow and deepen the value of our customer base, turning customers into fans.

• Fit: Looking for a hands-on, low-ego lifecycle marketer with deep Klaviyo expertise who loves testing, systems thinking, and building loyalty in high-growth DTC/CPG environment.
