Name: Sarah

Very excited to be here — and full transparency, I’m pretty new to Slack (I know - I've lived under a rock until now), so please forgive me if I fumble around a bit while I get my bearings 😅

📍Location: Santa Barbara (recently relocated from LA)

💼Current Role: I run a boutique recruitment agency, HELLO Recruitment, where I partner with wellness and better-for-you brands as they grow their teams. I genuinely love conversations around people, culture, and mindfulness in the workplace. I also have a bit of a reputation for making thoughtful connections whether it be for investment, partnerships, etc when I see alignment — it’s kind of my favorite thing!

🎯Hobbies: Time with my dog Gordon, yoga and movement, long walks in nature, and reading anything I can get my hands on about the brain and the human energy field.
