🧠 How You Can Help WGM:
I bring experience from large CPG and MedTech companies, including a management consulting background. I’ve spent much of my career helping teams bring clarity to strategy, goals, governance, reporting, and decision-making - backed by data, and communicating it upward and outward. Earlier on, I worked in R&D and Manufacturing, including on product portfolio optimization — identifying the right SKUs to win and prioritizing the most impactful improvements. Always happy to be a thought partner or make introductions where helpful!
