this is awesome. I'm actually doing an EOY survey soon and will be asking about tools so can share too. Will share what people share there with ya! also I would be curious how much does all of this cost approximately? Like about $10k/month, $20k etc

Love this list! Re: Customer Engagement Platforms: I wasn't particularly a fan of Kit (ConvertKit) and wouldn't use Mailchimp as my first option, either. A lot of people love Beehiv - I'd consider adding that one. A lot of people are also on Substack. You might also consider adding a section for HRMS, though I'm not totally sure the nature of your project.

Big fan of Beehiiv, Mailchimp is quite poor imo.
AI/LLM - obviously a lot of choices there
Data - Clay
PW manager - maybe 1pass?
Screen recording - heard Fireflies is good but not a fan of Fathom, which we currently use!
