> They’re getting killed in the comments, so this clearly wasn’t meant to land quietly 😅. I get the intent of contrasting AI slop with something human, but using the same tech it critiques is an interesting move. If you miss the context, it can come off as tone-deaf pretty fast. Either way, the comments are fun!

Hello Everyone! 👋
Name: Amy Brown
📍Location: Sacramento, CA
💼Current Role: I'm , the Founder & CEO of , where we’re building an intelligent lymphatic wellness system - a full-body roller with adaptive heat and guided protocols, paired with a mobile app that reads wearable signals to personalize sessions. We are pre-launch, and have just completed our MVP software and mobile app build and are in the process of manufacturing our functional prototype with plans to go to market commercially in July 2026. I’m also the Founder and CEO of , a boutique fitness brand in Northern California that I've scaled to multiple locations. I’ve bootstrapped Rollgevity over the last year and a half, and am currently navigating my first fundraising round, while transitioning InstaPhysique's operations to a leadership team.
🎯Hobbies: I’m in startup mode, so when not working on my business, the majority of my time is spent solo-parenting my 14 yr old son (I.e. being his chauffeur for practices/games). Taking Megaformer classes, long walks with my dog, & ending days in an infrared sauna are my recharge rituals. Other than that you will find me nerding out on all things holistic health, fitness and healthy aging science.
💬Some Topics I’m Interested in Connecting About: Partnerships across fitness/health/longevity; brand & community-led growth; Founder lessons; Fundraising strategies for health-tech.
🤝How I Can Help WGM: Lessons from building, operating and scaling multi-location brick-and-mortar fitness for nearly a decade (real estate, staffing, operations, local marketing, navigating economic downturns); Membership growth and retention strategies; Community-building as a growth lever.
✨How WGM Can Help Me: Connections to pre-seed investors focused on wellness tech, hardware, or longevity; Introductions to founders who've successfully manufactured and launched hardware + software products; Lighthouse partner opportunities for Rollgevity (gyms, studios, wellness centers, PT clinics interested in being early adopters); Insights from founders who've scaled beyond their first business while launching a second venture.
💪Extra: Really looking forward to connecting with you all! If you’re in Northern CA, I’d love to meet in person and learn more about what you’re building + host you in my studio for a workout or roll massage!
