Hey @here I have a super exciting announcement:
An incredible entrepreneur friend of mine built a chrome extension that analyzes grocery cart health and helps you make a better for you swap.
I love this because it's easy, not intrusive and the potential impact for the average American is tremendous - she is offering it free for the first 100k people, with the goal to keep it free to drive change for folks that need it most, regardless of purchasing power.
The company is actually a really interesting data play (they have full Nielsen shopping data) to analyze the healthy shopping patterns and then use different tools to shift behavior at scale. It's been a huge investment in the tech to build, so it's exciting to see this come to fruition!
I’m partnering my audience, helping her think through launch, and curating a group of BFY product favorites that are going to go into 100 influencer boxes.
It's a big opportunity for brands (100 influencers to boost visibility, data on how may people swap for their products to take to retailers to support sell in) - can you thread here brands that you love in core food categories? I know a ton but I want to make sure I don't bring a huge bias here!
Also, I’d love for this group to take a look at the extension and provide feedback too!

i will say @Brian Von Ancken this tends to be focused on the insurance reimbursable market - how retailers can support better choices in the grocery store, funding going into medically tailored meals and medically tailored groceries and how it get's paid for in the absence of bill codes, very little focus historically on how food drives results (outside of a1c modification). i would love to catalyze a change here hahaha

Hello everyone!! I'm a multi-time founder in the health and wellness space formerly the 8 year CEO of Territory Foods (the first healthy fresh prepared meals company, delivering whole food nutrition free of gluten, sugar, dairy and seed oils) and founder/CEO of Mealogic (the first B2B2C platform that enables content creators, influencers, digital doctors, dietitians, connected health / wellness companies, hospital systems / insurers to launch completely white labeled, personalized nutrition programs specialized to their protocol and delivered to the customer's door automatically). I'm one of the OGs of the food as medicine movement and it's been a life's passion to bring healthy food to people to reverse disease, and I've shifted into building cross-industry pilots to support GLP1 consumers to live better lives. Before startup life that I built the D2C product extensions business for ZX Ventures / ABInBev and ran international product operations for Gap Inc for 44 markets.
Shifting into cancer prevention has been a natural move for me because of a personal connection to cancer and a deep belief that nutrition, movement, sleep and mental health are the building blocks to fight chronic disease, and it's been fun to build in the complete digital health space.. but I miss food and cannot stay away!
I've scaled businesses $0-20M x4 and $20-~$50 x2 and raised >$50M in venture capital dollars for Series Seed, A and B, and I love love love to help people raise money, run great businesses and understand their market better.
