Hi @Brian Von Ancken — thanks a ton! They're a bit dense and text book-y, but I love: The Hidden Spring: A Journey to the Source of Consciousness and Affective neuroscience. It's also fun to get familiar with different ways of assessing personality and actually helps in some business situations. 16 personalities is a good starting point for one of the most widespread and simple models we have to understand it even though it's very coarse.
