• We were using POLAR and now back to Triple Whale

Hey ALlen,
I hear you mate!
we’ve done the block with the Settle types. the other we worked with (even sometimes when things loooked Sketchy AF!):
• ClearCo
• Wayflyer
• Settle (we love those guys, so keep them on the cards for when you gte through this next part)
1 note: ask for low amounts to get the relationship going, they will review it pretty qucik and add more

I think our first request was declined by Wayflyer, but then a few months later we asked again, for less, got it (like 50-100k level) a few months later after paying them 50% back they then increased and kjept going - we did 1-1.5M lending and repaying wtih them

1 note though - be VERY cautious and know 100% your numbers daily/weekly/monthly - don’t over stretch - makes sure it’s profitable and cash turn around quick

We are in a very tough situation now as we sclaed too quick on the wrong metrics and as a reuslt, it’s painful now - happy to chat more on that if ever need or want to! (Our CMO was terminated in January adn we’re climbing the hole now)

• Looking for any advice, anecdotes, playbooks, tips or similar for improving our company COmmunciation and Proejct management
• We switched from CLICK UP to ASANA a couple of months ago and made some great upgrades to getying ASANA front and center of the biz
• HOWEVER - we are caught between Slack comms and Asana and not 100% clear on best way to get things more streamlined
==>> ANY TIPS?

NOTE 1: We have someone supporting on the Asana move and integration - so needing some additional ideas around it
NOTE 2: As a founder - I would love to build the system so the team are empowered through Asana and i’m not needed to be in 10,000 messaging apps - life goes from Whatsapp to Email to Slack, to IG to FB to Asana and whatever else between….
