👋 Name: Lauren Rinaldi

💼 Current Role: Founder & CEO of , a women’s creatine company focused on making creatine more approachable for women. I started Arrival after my mom was diagnosed with osteopenia and I went deep into the research on what actually moves the needle for women. Creatine kept coming up as one of the most studied supplements, but most of the conversation is still about muscle building and gym performance, not bone density, brain health, mood, or aging strong. Arrival is my answer to that gap: a premium, design-led, science-backed brand that makes creatine feel intuitive for women. I’m in the middle of our first fundraising chapter with early commitments in and am learning a lot from others who’ve been through this stage.
